Im looking for a really unique, CHEAP, ready to go faction server. It has to include ranks(with perms), kits and something custom

You can either get cheap, or unique. It cant be both. For it to be unique, it would have custom builds and plugins, as well as some unique ideas. That doesn't come cheap.

What do you mean by cheap? Cheap can be different for anyone.
