Looking for a Minecraft server or an affordable VPS-Dedicated

I am John or aka Omg and I am looking for either a Minecraft Server Package or a VPS(or Dedi if if I find a good deal) to set up my Minecraft Server.


My Requirements:
1.At Least 8gb of RAM because it will have special plugins-game modes so I need plenty of Ram
2.Storage because of the plugins and of the configuration I need at least 10gb of storage (i dont know many things about storage but I think that you can have up to a tb of storage.If not please forgive me )
2.A good Panel to work with such as Multicraft or XenoPanel or smthng like that

Also because It maybe be a network I need to take many small servers and a big one for the hub and connect them via bungeecord?
