Looking for a server to "staff" at

Hello my name is Matej,

I would love to join an upcoming or already established Minecraft server staff team. I don't really play the game, but I love making miencraft mods and new features. I have made a couple of mods for Java edition with one of them reaching 100k+ downloads. I have also made discord bots and web including a custom virtual (not real) crypto market, I also ran couple of modded servers with small communities.

I'm not looking to be paid

I'm looking for a place, where I would feel welcome
