Looking for a Spawn for a 1BlockSkyblock Server

I'm looking for a big spawn for a 1BlockSkyblock server. The spawn it self doesn''t have to be very special, but MUST NOT include any blossom cheries or things like that. The warps that are a MUST are as follow:
  • warp crates
  • warp enchant
  • warp info (I'll give the information)
  • warp pvp

I also need several add-ons:

1. I need a 100x100 self regenerating farm, that players can farm. (25% wheat, 25% potatoes, 25% carrots and 25% beetroot)

2. I need a self regenerating mine, that players can mine. Mine spawns all ores from Coal to Ancient Debris, including Nether Ores, quartz and the gold nugget thingies

3. I need a dungeon with about 2-3 layers where each layer, monsters get stronger and stronger.

4. Parkour.

5. A self regenerating forest that can regenerate all types of trees. The forest must be 100x100 with 50% of it being the nether biomes for the Crimson and Warped trees

6, All the files for the add-ons, including regions, plugins etc..

7. Region protection for the spawn and for the other areas, with just the said things that can be broken by players!

6, Bölgeler, eklentiler vb. dahil olmak üzere eklentiler için tüm dosyalar.

7. Oyuncular tarafından kırılabilecek sadece belirtilen şeylerle, spawn ve diğer alanlar için bölge koruması!
