Hi, I'm Vozera.

I'm creating some minecraft server networks with different game modes around the globe. I have some resources like setups, maps, and even a dedicated hosting infrastructure.

But I don't know many people fluent in English who have the interest or even the time to dedicate themselves to the project.

Addendum: Because all the networks are still being created, it means no income generated by them to pay the admins/developers who volunteer. For now I will only pay simple things (spotify, netflix, discord nitro or equivalent) to the volunteers who help the most at the moment. I guarantee a good salary for volunteers who earn a high position in the project. Of course, only in the scenario where the project succeeds.

Work on one server and when that does well, move forward and progress onto more. Best advice I can give you. Split my server into multiple too early and it ruined everything. Also, don't worry about paying people for helping you develop a project, there are people who will have the passion to work alongside you completely free for a role in the project. Just have fun and everyone else will do so as well.
