Looking for an established Prison Server / Network

I am looking to buy an established Prison server, I prefer one with custom plugins and such.

I also would like the server to come with the following:

• All Server Files
• Artwork
• Domain
• Webstore (if applicable)

My plans for the server would be to add things, such as, but not limited to: Custom Models, Textures, Custom UI & GUI textures, custom textured rank titles, adding some custom themes / modes within the prison mode that gives the mode a unique feel. I'm also looking to implement a A-Z mine system and a Personal Mine system.
