I'm in search of a capable team who can develop Factions.net into a lively server and help maintain it.
We have an incredible domain for players to connect with 'play.factions.net'. We have a website already to go, Discord created.
On the server itself we have an exclusive build and most of the core functionality established (things like /rtp, auction house, fishing minigame, factions plugin, etc.) so you wouldn't be starting from scratch.
I'm really just looking for a team with experience in the factions game mode who can do balancing, updates, staff moderation, and help promote the server and grow it into a successful project.
The server itself has a strict zero pay-2-win rule, we do not allow any items in the donation store to offer unfair advantages, this is non negotiable. If you try to introduce such mechanics you will not be able to be a part of this project.
All fees for things like game hosting, web hosting, domain renewals, plugin costs, etc. are all covered by ME. I'm not looking to have anyone pay out of their own pocket for this. If you need a paid plugin for something just reach out and we can discuss it so I can pay for it. I really just need people who can dedicate their time towards growing a community. I'm usually available via Discord 24/7 but work a full time job which has left me little time to grow the game server.
I'm willing to share up to 20% of store donations to the team or talented individual who can take on this task and can prove they can do this via PayPal/Crypto/CashApp/however you want to get paid. This would be commission only, so you'd only be earning if the donation store is getting donations. If you have multiple team members, this 20% would need to be divided among your team and you'd have to figure out the specifics of that.

- Discord video call interview with myself and my business partner
- Extensive knowledge on Factions game mode for Minecraft server
- Must be okay with our strict 'zero pay-2-win' philosophy. Donation store may NOT offer any p2w advantages what-so-ever.
- Is ideally well connected within the Minecraft community
- Has extensive time to dedicate towards this
- Must maintain an active presence on Discord where we keep in touch
- Must be comfortable working with control panel, FTP, config plugins, Spigot, etc.
