I just love it when they use the excuse “ immature and childish “ well if you want to go there the average age of humans to be mature is well none :/

I would like to think I am speaking on behalf of a lot of people. I find that comment very generalising. Some 15 year olds can be the most immature people. This may be due to puberty and hormones, or even stress within the school environment. However, I do see your issue with hiring younger staff, in the age region of 11-14, as some people doubt their ability to handle certain situations. If I were in your position, as head of staff, I would accept any ages above 12. This is not down to their "Lack of maturity", but more a case of them being uncomfortable dealing with older MC players who wouldn't hesitate to tell a young, maybe in-experienced staff member to buzz off. I felt when I was a Manager, the best way to truly test someone on their personality/maturity, or whatever you want to call it, is via a quick voice chat, maybe even an interview. (Text chats cannot really determine the characteristics of a person, as they can blatantly lie).
