I’m JC, founder of ReportToxicity, and I’ve been building a Paper plugin focused on player reports and staff review workflow.

I’m looking for feedback from server owners, admins, or staff leads who already deal with player reports on a regular basis. What I’m trying to figure out is pretty simple: does this actually feel useful on a real server, or does it add more friction than value? I’d especially like feedback on the setup experience, the report flow for players, and whether the staff side feels practical enough to use consistently. If anyone is open to trying it out or even just giving a blunt first impression, I’d appreciate it. The platform and Discord bot are free to use after initial signup. The Paper plugin uses the API side, which currently runs through a free trial signup. I’m still refining the product and want input from people who actually run moderation workflows.
