Looking for Help with Basic Permission Plugin Setup

I have a small SMP server that needs help setting up basic GroupManager settings. I have the permission nodes ready. I just need to make it work somehow. I need someone who can assist me. Preferably above 15 years old.

We're not just limited to GroupManager. We can use PEX or LuckPerms, whichever plugin you are comfortable to work with.
