Hello! My name is InvincibleMiners, the Owner of InvizNetwork. I have had some issues where i need a developer, but i dont have one. Thats why i am looking to hire someone who will be willing to help me. I am gone on the weekdays for school (yes i have school already). I am looking for someone who will be able to manage my plugins, create some plugins on demand (most likely will never happen). I have 5 servers, including: Bungee Cord, Hub, Prison, Factions, and Skyblock. You must be able to abide by my rules, and any abuse will result in a perm ban + a copy of your IP for security records.

I am Looking to hire:

4 Config Developers / 4 System Admins

Configuration Developer:

THE DEVELOPER/Sys Admin MUST BE: willing to work for some pay. Payment is by job, and how quick and successful the job is. Crappy work = no pay.
If you are willing to work, here are some rules you need to follow :

1. You NEED a skype and microphone
2. Has to have knowledge of Java/html/plugin/YMAL management and be good at coding custom plugins and/or websites
3. Must be mature as in: no swearing, condoning of porn, etc.
4. MUST BE able to focus and get things done (Cannot get sidetracked)
5. Must have knowledge of most plugins and be able to figure out plugin errors in about 1-2 hours depending on the severity.
6. Must ask for verbal approval from me if you are going to add/change things to the servers
7. Must give proof of experience on servers. Please dont say it shut down, that doesnt count as staff. All who apply will get something in return later on as we grow.

2. Oh believe me, I know how your server is going to turn out. It's going to fail. Badly. Here's why:
3. A person that can't even spell/use correct grammar (but thanks for using it in your last post, I'm honored that you would use such a rare skill for my benefit,) has no business running a server. Maturity also has a lot to do with it. I can tell how you're going to treat your players and staff, and the quality of the work you'll put into the server.

Anyone can run a server, even people who don't have really good grammar & spelling can run one, and possibly* a successful one. I don't know why people have to bring down people that are actually trying.
