Hey there! I go by Seeker or TheOneTruSeeker, but you can just call me Seeker. I've been into Minecraft since way back in 2009, when it was still in pre-alpha. Can you believe it's been 14 years? Throughout all that time, I've really gotten into the Minecraft Staffing scene and love offering my services to the servers I play and enjoy. My main focus is on Skyblock servers because that's where I have the most experience and knowledge. Skyblock has been my passion for the past 7 years and counting! I have been staffing/providing networks with my expertise and help/support since 2017 where I officially started my journey on ComplexMC (At the time it was only Pixelmon, however it had 900+ players daily across (3) realms.) Since then I have been off and on providing my support to networks both big and small! I have worked with JeromeASF a few times now, on SpaceDelta, ChaosCraft and Underblock, some servers more directly and some more indirectly. I am not discouraged from trying other game modes if need be and have a general understanding of MOST gamemodes, however I am looking for Skyblock server specifically. With that being said I am here posting this to offer my help and expertise to your network, do bare in mind I am a self-made entrepreneur and manager! I tend to work best in the Community Manager or Staff Manager position(s) and am still learning every day, which I think is a good thing. No I am not "professional" in ANY capacity however we all start somewhere right? I don't mind going unpaid indefinitely and I am very flexible. - Staff Management (Managing documents, teams, the whole nine yards, promotions, demotions, resignations, meetings, strike systems..etc)
- Buycraft/Tebex Management and Support (Managing Tebex/Buycraft support tickets via Discord or other means)
- General Server Management (General server support and assistance answering FAQs, general support on discord tickets, forums....etc)
- Community Management (Managing/hosting events, payouts, announcements and generally being a positive part of the community)
- Game Moderation/Management (Being able to use and understand anticheats and administer punishments correspondingly/correctly, being screenshare verified and accurately doing game file checks)
- Projection Management (Being able to project possible sales, player base fluctuations...etc)
- Book Keeping (Managing files, documents, NDAs and meeting scheduling, Youtuber scheduling, season lengths and resets...etc)
- Basic configuration skills
- Quality Assurance (Managing a Quality Assurance Team and sourcing issues, bugs, dupes and other miscellaneous problems regarding the game's playability)
- Patience (I believe I am one of the most patient people I know, ha, funny right? No but seriously)
- Understanding (I am able to not just understand situations but gather context with ANY and EVERY situation. I like to get all the details in even if it takes a bit of time)
- Honesty (Now this is both good and bad thing. I am/can be brutally honest. I feel like it's better to be honest and learn/grow from it than lie and have people think something false.
- Genuineness (This goes hand-in-hand with Honesty, I believe I am as genuine as can be, I am not false and tend to not beat around the bush, I like to get down to brass tax)
- Humor/Easy-Going (I believe working in ANY work environment uptight all the time is/can be detrimental to your mental health and even physical health. I am laid back and use humor to relate to others and have fun with my work. However if work needs to be done I will get it done).
