you can get a spigot jar on mcm resources for like under $10 which includes a knockback system and performances so you are better going for that UNLESS you already have a system and need it changed a bit, then good luck

edit: If anyone cares, he wanted to change knockback from a spigot fork back to vanilla combat, as the fork changed knockback. I told him to use my public FOSS KohiKB plugin with the vanilla settings, but he told me that plugins are bad for knockback. I assume there's no source for the spigot. Oh well, good luck to anyone who wants to try to help him.
