Hello! I'm Nemomc or Nemo whichever you prefer, and I'm looking for staff for my upcoming factions server! Currently, I'm in the beginning phase of making a factions server I just got the logo, set up discord, and started the server development. I decided that its time to start putting together a staff team before I start advertising the server. Before I get into the recruiting process for the staff team, let me tell you about ChromaPVP and why you should be apart of it.
1: 24/7 giveaways (multiple at a time). This will allow members of the community who don't want to pay for ranks to feel better and maybe become lucky enough to gain an advantage.
2: Custom enchantments. We will hire a developer to fully develop a custom enchantment plugin with different enchantments then any other servers.
3: An in-game pay money for the rank feature. This will be a feature to eliminate the process of P2W. We will still have a store but it will be different ranks than the ingame money ranks and will still have better benefits.
4: Faction upgrades will be fully custom to the point where you and your faction can upgrade and boost the damage needed to destroy walls etc to defend against raiders.
5: Chunk busters for all. Every faction with five members will receive four chunk busters to use. For every five members, they will receive four chunk busters on SOTW.
Now let's get into the staff recruitment.
Positions Open:
Admin:
Must have 2+ years of faction experience.
Must be 15 years or older.
Must be able to dedicate 20+ hours to the server weekly.
Must have had at least one year of admin experience. (proof will be required,or someone to vouch)
Must be able to properly manage staff and keep a mature attitude.
Moderator:
Must have at least 1 year of faction experience.
Must 14 years or older.
Must be able to dedicate 13+ hours to the server weekly.
Must have had at least half a year of staff experience. (some proof will be required)
Must know how to screen share and keep a mature attitude.
Helper:
Must be 13 years or older.
Mist be able to dedicate 7+ hours to the server weekly
Now that you know about all the staff spots, let me talk to you about payment. I unfortunately at this time cannot pay my higher staff. All staff admin and above will be paid when the server releases until then it is solely a volunteer job. If you are experienced, I might be able to offer a share in the server.
We are also looking for managers Id prefer if the manager did not have a job on any other servers if you have any questions feel free to dm!
