Hey everyone,
I’m looking to join a Minecraft server as staff or management (Admin / Co-Owner / Owner Assistant).


I have experience helping run communities and understand that being staff isn’t about power it’s about keeping the server organized, fair, and active.


What I bring:


  • Active and reliable (not someone who disappears)
  • Good with players, tickets, and issues
  • Can help manage staff, rules, and moderation
  • Comfortable handling conflicts calmly
  • Basic technical understanding (plugins, permissions, configs)
  • Can help with ideas, events, and server direction

I take servers seriously and treat them like a responsibility, not a rank. I’m willing to start smaller and earn trust if needed.


Availability: Active most days
Looking for: Long-term server, not short-term
