Looking For Staff - Unopened, Developing Server

Hello! My name is Echo, and I am looking for a team to help me run my new server, Moon Landing.

Moon Landing is a server built on the concept not everything is exactly how it has always been perceived. Things change, concepts and hypotheses can be incorrect, and just because people have thought one way for a long time doesn't mean it's how YOU should move forward. The Moon Landing team is a diverse group, built with unique experiences, understanding, and leadership.

Currently, I am looking for;

Admin: Someone to run Moon Landing when I am not there. Can easily be mistaken as the owner, but is more focused on analyzing player behavior / data than actually playing the same. Main responsibilities include; being the final decision maker (aside from the owner) regarding the lower staff ranks decisions.
Moderator: May end up playing the game, but does not participate in games, events, etc- but rather is on the side that holds them. Is a team player who is involved in the community, and is seen more as a player than a staff member- but is looking to enforce rules and hold players directly accountable. Main responsibilities include; banning, clearing chat, rolling back unjust griefing, and more.
Helper: A player on the server who takes the time to understand the rules, and enforce them, but also is extremely active in the community- joining VC, having a town, maybe a player shop- and acts as a connection of staff to player. Main responsibilities include; muting, kicking, jailing, and more.
Guide: Is mainly a player on Moon Landing, but reports their findings to staff. Does not hold any real responsibility other than keeping staff informed on what is going on in the community.
Marketing Specialist: Creating TikTok, and Instagram content that will entice new players to join Moon Landing. Does not necessarily need to be a player, but needs to be able to analyze data, and understand what our community is, and is looking for.
Human Resources: Someone to be the mediator between the community and staff- acts as a neutral party that keeps whoever is reporting behavior private. Does not hold more power than staff, but holds more truth and word.
Event Coordinator: Keeps tab on Moon Landing's lore, understands the community, and creates a set plan of events, whether that be donation discounts, events in-game, coordinations with our Marketing Specialists, etc. Will most likely need to be an active player.
