Firstly,

You probably can't offer professional web development, considering you use a weebly site. And to be honest. That doesn't look awfully good, nor is it a paid edition of weebly.
You simply bought a cheap domain and set up a simple redirect with namecheap.

Secondly,

You have no portfolio! Nobody hires a website developer, Java developer or c++ / Js developer without a good enough portfolio, due to them simply not knowing the quality of the product they will get out.
You also have no quality control policy, terms of service or conditions, making this insanely sketchy and badly designed.

Thirdly,

We like how you say "Amateur" - as in they are unprofessional, This is a bad language technique and makes all work from Minecraft, Application and website developers look shoddy and unfinished.

And, Finally.

Above you mention these plugins are "Configured" - If you are actually developing these plugins and not just configurating them, I believe you should make a perfectly line-to-line configuration file that the plugin purchaser can edit to their needs, including lang and event yml files.

Without these essential elements being improved, and you having no reputation on this site, It is unlikely you will obtain any sales.

Clearly you have had a bad day or are plain arrogant. The site is a temporarry one as the groups is fairly new, and if you are to say something like this, please pm it to me so you dont have to look like a jerk.

I was simply stating my opinion and how to improve, If you cannot take constructive critisism, you cannot grow. That is the fact of the matter.

All four statments above were to help you out with how you could improve, Responsing and calling me a "Jerk" for telling a company how they could get more sales. Isn't really a respectable thing to do.

If the group is fairly new, just spend some time and actually make the website. Sounds to me like this was rushed together.

UPDATE: Site made to be much nicer and professional, upgraded plan, have a few clients, but not many, and joined Fiverr (georgefl2)

Thread looks nice, but the website (Which is still Weebly, is the custom one coming out anytime soon? As you said you were working on it.) still doesn't look the best. Like for example in the job section, I can barely read the form. Anyways, good luck.
