Experience: I have played Minecraft for 3 years+ I have been staff on 4 other servers such as Normal Factions and HCF, The roles I where include Plat Admin And Moderator, I have been in the HCF community For about a year now and would like to share my experiences and my work with you, I know all the commands for Staff, I have been staff in total for about a year and a half, I have currently resigned as my moderator position on WoodyCraft and am looking for a HCF server to be staff on I would be a very mature and loyal staff member I would do as told and not mess around and would take this position as if it where my own server i would love to help and be part of the staff team
Personality: I am very Mature, I am a hard working, Dedicated person i get good grades in school if i but my mind to something it will get done

I would like to apply for an administrator position.
Experience:
I have worked for many different HCF servers, here is the list and my role in the team.
[EclipseHCF] - [Net-Admin]
On Eclipse, I did all of the regular staff member basics. But my key role was guiding other staff members and I had one of the biggest say-so's. If a staff member was terrible, I would break the news to him/her that they had been demoted or removed from the staff team. If a staff member was doing a good job, I would encourage them to keep it up or I would promote them to the appropriate rank. If a staff member was doing alright, I would be the one telling them what to improve on. Basically I was the staff leader. I also did a lot of TeamSpeak administration.
[AquaHCF] - [Junior-Admin]
Aqua was similar to Eclipse, however I had less authority. I did more in-game and TeamSpeak administration and I interviewed staff members etc. I tried to be as active as possible, because if there was a base that need rolling back, only Junior-Admins+ had access to core inspect. It was very important for me to be active, to keep the community healthy and the servers name in a bright light. The server was not very successful, as it only lasted one map due to the owner not investing in advertisements.
[DeltaHCF] - [Head-Moderator]
NOTE : DeltaHCF has a new owner now.
Delta was a great server, it just wasn't successful due to a lack of advertisement. The first owners were amazing, really nice people that gave the staff team a lot of encouragement, however it was a shame to see the server die out.
Personality:
I try my hardest to do everything to the best of my ability. I am very social and play a lot of HCF with my friends and faction members. I attend a private school, so I get great education. I never use slang abbreviations such as 'u'. I put my social life first, however I still find time for minecraft.
Maturity [0/10]:
I would give myself a 9, when in a working state of mind, I can focus very well and get the job done. I do like to have a small joke but I know when to stop.
