Making an Minecraft Server | Looking For Owner

My name is Yuval and I'm 16 years old. I've been working with Minecraft servers for more than 4 years, sadly none of them were good one but today it's different!
I've made everything on Spoilers so it'll be easier to read.

Spoiler: My Experience

I tried running a Network called Tundlor Network, but I had some problems with funds (Advertise). The Server I've been working on with few developers was Custom KitPvP Gamemode which includes Practice system, KitPvP System, Event System and more!

What Am I Looking for
I'm looking for serious people, who can donate the network, and when I'm saying donate I don't mean only money! I mean Time, Work, Skills, Knowledge and more! I'm looking for someone who can support, help with files, Managing Server things and etc!

Spoiler: The Gamemode

The KitPvP game-mode is done and ready for release!
there's few things need to be done. Need to get some ArtWork, New Name for the server, Discord Server, Advertisement and that's it!

Spoiler: Why Do I want to open A Minecraft Server

I want to open a Minecraft server for fun, not for making money!
The money is the bonus thing, Of course, we need money to keep the server alive but I think with a Quality Server the money will come too! The last server we earned 30$ before the server was even open! and we had only 70 members in discord and most of it was inactive, so if the server will be active and open I believe I can make money from it!
I tried getting investors who can help, but the problem was with the second owner. the second owner wasn't mature enough to run a Minecraft server.

Spoiler: What You'll get

The Income Payments will be 50% 50% between us.
I'm going to donate the money for the server first and then I'll use it for my things (But this will happen only if the server can pay for itself). You'll get full ownership! Owner Permissions, Console, FTP and etc.
