Hello everyone! My name is Random (or Kablaa), and I'd like to offer services as a Community and/or Server Manager and my Configuration Services. I am able to work on almost any server type, as I have held positions on servers ranging from your typical SkyBlock to GTA servers with custom features.
I've worked for a lot of smaller servers over time, but there are a few positions I've had with large networks, where I've had to manage Staff, donations and events for the Community. I also shape up your server's rules and guidelines to make sure that they are sensibly written and no dumbfounded loopholes can be exploited. To make sure everything is in check, I have pre-written heavy guidelines on how Staff should behave, and how they should react in certain situations. These can be adjusted to be made exclusive to your server.
I'm 15 years old and I'm interested in anime, piano and pretty much everything that happened to me in my childhood. I get very nostalgic about things. I can balance my school and MCM work perfectly, and I'm not running into any problems otherwise, my grades are almost at the top of my year. You might have also guessed that I'm not very athletic, which indeed you are correct, however, I'm not overweight as many would presume.
My timezone is GMT +0 as I'm living in Birmingham, England. Currently a full-time student. Part of my duties at school means that every week I must organize an "event" for primary schools in Birmingham. Every Friday 12 or so primary schools come to our school and a competition of some sort is hosted, currently a maths one. This experience has helped learn even more vital skills of managing a hectic environment.
Currently, I'm seeking a role in a paid Management position on a relatively medium-large Network. If I were to put a number on that, perhaps around an average of 60 players minimum. I specialise in Staff and Server Management and also custom setups if really needed.
I have a vast experience with Staff Management and working in a professional environment and mature others. I have documents, punishment systems and guidelines for all Staff to follow to ensure that they are working at maximum efficiency. I also make sure that your Staff team is working towards a better quality of service rather than the quantity of Staff members and availability. However, if inactive Staff are a problem on your server then I will indeed do the opposite, and strive to make sure Staff are being active first, and deal with other problems after.
Rather briefly mentioned before, I offer a wide range of pre-written documents and documents that can be written to be exclusive to your server. These documents range from Staff behaviour and expectations, FAQ's and my meticulously crafted Staff punishment and reward system. This is private and exclusive to me, so only buyers of my service will receive this. Any other special documents can also be written.

If you need a server setting up or need a server working at optimal speeds, then I can do just that for you. I have complete knowledge of how servers and many plugins work, so I can always come to an evaluative conclusion on the best steps your server needs to take next. It's one thing knowing how plugins work, it's another thing making them work. I can assure you that I know how to setup plugins and make sure they run together. I've made some pretty neat configurations and servers before for friends, and you won't be disappointed at the quality of them.

Please note that I do not provide any paid plugins in these setups, you must buy them and I'll take it from there. Terms of Service
PAYMENT RULES
1.0 Payment, whether it be in hard cash or alternate methods must be recieved as an up-front charge in my first week of service, or a scam report will be made.
1.1 If payment is made is made during this time, I will obliged to work for a minimum of three weeks, after that period I am free to resign if I wish to do so.
1.2 Under no circumstances will you chargeback or forcibily retrieve alternate methods of payment, or a scam report will be made.
1.2.1 This includes situations in where I am fired, regardless of how long I have been working, you are not allowed to violate 1.2.
COMMUNICATION RULES
1.3 I will recieve a Manager and/or Administrator rank on all platforms representing your server.
1.4 Your communication platform must be Discord or Slack.
1.3.1 If Discord is being used, I will recieve Adminisrator permissions with my role.
1.3.2 If Slack is being used, I will recieve Workspace Admin permssions.
1.3.3 I will not work for servers that do not use Discord or Slack as a communication platform, especailly not Skype.
1.4 I will not work with Owners who are unresponsive to my messages.
OBLIGATION TO WORK
1.5 If I am paid and nothing in the PAYMENT RULES section is violated, I will have to work for a minimum of three weeks.
1.5.1 If anything in the PAYMENT RULES section is violated, I will immediately resign and file a scam report.
1.5.2 I am allowed to take a maximum leave of one week in this three week period.
1.5.3 After the three week period, I am allowed to take leaves that are of reasonable lengths with a valid excuse.
STAFF MANAGEMENT RULES If I am hired for Staff management
1.6 I will have complete control over your Staff team.
1.6.1 I will be allowed to promote and reward Staff members.
1.6.2 I will be allowed to demote and punish Staff members.
1.6.3 All Staff must acknowlage my authority and obligation to follow my commands and documents, otherwise I will have every excuse to remove them.
1.6.4 Owners must not take a biases view on the things I will be doing, as it may very well be different to how you think the Staff team should be run.
