Well first I'll introduce myself and the server to get you familiar,
So I'm Goald. I've been running our towny server for the past three weeks. I've been working hard to improve it daily but I do need some help in specific areas. We have made a pretty decent profit for the amount of time it has been up, me coming from no past experience with servers or any references. During the high hours of the day we have around 10-12 players on, and it cools down to 3-7 during the night time, but we have players from around the world, so it is mostly active all the time! We have one custom plugin as of now, a professional spawn being built, and plugins being configured as we speak by outside hires. Requirements

Manage and form a staff team (Admins, Moderators, Helpers)
Advertise the server, starting free, eventually I will pay you to advertise
Find youtubers and other social personas to gain traction
Be very active, making it one of your top priorities outside of the real life
