Orders can be made first if you are afraid of scamming.
Terms of Service:
1. You must pay as Friends & Family through PayPal.
2. You will pay upfront.
3. No chargebacks/refunds after receiving the final product. Doing so will result in an immediate scam report.
4. All deals will be done on Skype ; However, I prefer Skype for faster communication. (My contact information can be found in my signature and this thread)
