By purchasing, thinking of purchasing or agreeing to purchase any services from me, you accept the terms listed below on this page.
1. GENERAL- I reserve the right to change these terms without any type of notification to anyone.
- These terms were lasted edited on 21/10/20.
2. SERVICE- You are prohibited to copy any of my work from any of my websites I have made.
- You are not to resell work of mine to anyone.
- You can not to claim any of my work as your own.
- Although the client gets the files, I also reserve the right to have a copy of the files for portfolio use/visibility.
- I reserve the right to cancel any on-going services with anyone if I loose contact with the customer or if I think it is necessary.
- You can not remove any type of watermark or hyperlink from any websites I make, unless you have paid the watermark removal fee.
3. PAYMENTS- Chargebacks are highly prohibited and will result in cancel to services currently active as well as ban from my services for future use.
- All payments are done 50% upfront, meaning that you pay 50% of the cost quoted before I start on a service, you then pay the remaining 50% at the end to receive your files.
- No edits will be given to any services complete unless stated otherwise.
- I reserve the right to change the pricing of my services without refund or exchange to any current or previous clients.
4. CONTACT- When you contact me you are to give me as much detail as possible in order for me to get an idea of exactly what you are wanting.
- I reserve the right to decline/refuse any services with any customers who contact me if I feel it is necessary.
5. PRIVACY POLICY- All information given to me is 100% safe and secure.
