MineArch SMP is recruiting!
The Event Coordinator role will be tasked to plan, promote, create and execute weekly / fortnightly events for the community. This will include finding schematics of maps / builds to use if needed for events and communicating with the staff team with progression and updates.
The Community Manager will be tasked with being our social media presence and Advertisement. Must know how hashtags work and be willing to represent MineArch, therefore must present well, know perfect English and use proper grammar when advertising.
These will be a critical roles in our community, if you prove yourself fit for the position there is room for promotion to admin / senior moderator. These roles will be the face of MineArch. If I've found the right person for the job, this person may take a leadership role in the management team. I.E have a say in how things are run.
This is an opportunity for anyone to apply for voluntary roles for the love of the community. I truly believe MineArch can grow into something amazing but we need more of a team to help lead MineArch, although I have the back-end of things sorted, I now recognize that I cannot do this alone. If MineArch someday gets profits, I have no problem sharing the profits with those that help it grow, but as for now this is a voluntary position and is for those who want to be a key part of a community and help it grow.
