Department ManagerYou'll own a single department end-to-end. Open departments:
- Moderation
- Development
- Events
- Advertising
- Build schedules and assign tasks for your department
- Review staff performance and run 1:1s
- Handle conflict and escalate cases to the Director
What We're Looking For- Prior leadership/management experience (server staff team, community, or equivalent)
- Working mic + fluent English
- Active and reliable members
- Calm under pressure, good judgment, decisive
