On my factions server,I need a plugin that makes it so when someone claims there first land they are given a beacon and they have to place it or others will be able to mine and place blocks.And when they place it ,if thy right click it ,it will pop up a GUI and they can "Upgrade" it with xp,so it will have more health.Or they will be able to repair it,Say someone shot TNT at it and did damage to it .They could then repair it with xp.if someone shoots TNT at it and it is broken then it will unclaim all of that factions land.
