However, this is not why I'm here today. I'm looking to do a job as a Community Manager on a Minecraft Server. Using my YouTube channel as a portfolio, I hope you can recognise that I have YEARS of Minecraft Server experience and have a passion for Minecraft Servers. I am especially gifted in Community-Management and have often been referred to as "ypperin v2" (for people who play(ed) CosmicPvP). I am a kind and friendly female but as soon as it comes to hacking I will be firm, fair and unbiased. I have Discord, Teamspeak, Skype, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, whichever Social Media(s) you need me to have, I'll have them! This means I can talk to your server players throughout the day whilst doing my job and really become a reputable member of your community.
I can offer:
To make your Minecraft Server's community become less toxic and practically hacker free,
Find new staff for your server by interviewing them and manage the staff system by promoting and demoting staff when it is deserved and checking up on them individually to ensure they are pursuing their individual roles correctly,
To set up and manage well organised Discord/Teamspeak servers to open a gateway for easy communication between the staff team and the community. I am also happy to make posts on any other social media accounts your server may own,
To run your forums, posting updates and replying to tickets, staff applications, anything 'forumsy' you may need me to do,
Run events on your server to spice things up and bring excitement. I can run anything from a Factions Raid Event to a Discord Karaoke Contest. This obviously depends on the type of server you own.
