Minecraft Train Plugin

Hello! I am Eclipse, and I am in need of a plugin that allows a user to ride a minecart with more carts behind it. It rides along the ground using player controls (wasd). You can spawn them it with a command and set their seat number. The number of seats can infinitely expand. I have a budget of $30-50.
