We're the MineSpot Network. We currently offer two gamemodes: Jail and Factions. Factions just launched August 1st and averages 30-40 players daily. We want to better our server so for that reason, we're looking for two individuals who can fulfill two different roles:
We are in need of a capable web developer who can create a new website for us and manage it. Someone who is precise, a perfectionist, but easy to work with and manage. We will pay for your work and can offer benefits if you wish to stay onboard with our server as a dedicated member of staff/management. We use Enjin so you must be knowledgeable with making websites around that platform.
Role #2 - Back-end developer/manager
With many plans for our current gamemodes and future ones, we are needing someone who is very capable in managing back-end things. We use Multicraft so you must be knowledgeable with using that control panel. It would be a great bonus if you're a developer as well, so we can have custom plugins made by you. This isn't mandatory but is highly preferred, otherwise we'd need another position for a plugin developer. Basic requirements, though, are being able to set up and configure plugins for us, fix bugs and crashes, and manage the back-end of the game server in general. We have current staff already doing this but another set of eyes and help would expedite adding and fixing things for our server. (Unsure if we will pay for this role or not, can negotiate if you desire. Will offer perks for being a staff member in-game however.)
Role #3 - Plugin Developer
If we can't find someone who can fulfill role #2 completely, then we'd need a separate plugin developer. This job is straightforward in its name - someone who is able to create custom plugins for us. Our jobs can range from a small plugin to add a very small feature to possibly making a complicated minigame plugin (although the latter is unlikely). You must be able to create plugins in a timely matter for us and extensively test them before we push them into a live server. You will be paid for your work unless you don't want it, then we can offer in-game perks and a role in management for our server. We're flexible.
