Job Duties:
Handle simple to moderate minecraft server and discord server related player issues.
Work with Management during server updates or maintenance routines.
Diffuse in game player vs player conflicts and issues.
Moderate server up-time and player activity.
Handle and resolve support tickets on Discord
Qualifications:
6+ months of experience in server and/or discord moderation.
Self-motivated and the ability to work and solve problems with minimal assistance.
Highly organized
Well-developed communication skills and strong work ethic.
Minimum of 2 hours a day average active helping
Must be 16 years or older
Must not be staff on another minecraft server or discord server.
Preferred Skills/requirement:
1+ Years of experience in server moderation and/or admin background
1+ Years of experience in discord moderation and/or admin background
Available to login 5-7 days out of the week.
Active server past experience & active references.
