Looking for a builder(s) to make 2 mine builds, one of the builds would be around 150x150 and the other is unclassified and needs to be done via my server and will be very, very small. I will give a description about what is needed upon adding me via Discord.

I don't think this is a reason to "not do business with this user". He could have easily gotten busy with something and thus was unable to respond. Have some patience, and don't be so quick to judge.

dont you think its quite fishy? that the user is posting in their own discord? especially as soon as i bring up payment.

He might just be exploring his options with other builders. I've personally done plenty of business with him, and he is not the type to scam people for their work. Give it time, and out of respect don't post negative comments about him until you have a reason to.

Ive been doing business off and on this thread for years. things like this. either turn out to be scammers or make up an excuse why they cannot do the deal.

User is completely impatient, and gives no time to respond at all. Without even initiating on a deal or anything, sends PayPal link and then waits 15 minutes and since I didn't reply because I was working with others. He then makes that unecessary agressive comment on the thread;
