Need a Developer for enchantment plugin! (ofc ill pay)

Before i get any comments, this is for my own PRIVATE server, and i wont make any money of this or anything.

so my request! I would love for someone to recreate the Cosmic Skyblock Enchanting system for me. With mystery gems, sockets on the different armor pieces, custom enchants. I got a full .txt file with what i want and i just need someone to build it for me
