Need Builders and Staff

Hello, my name is IIBrindleII and I am a recent server owner. I have only just purchased a server but I do not have a team to build for me hence why I am here.
I was wondering if anyone would want to join the team, regardless of the fact it is new? The server contains plugins but I haven't configured them, so it's mainly just a bunch of defaults at the moment... but here's my idea for the server:

Have you ever seen The Matrix? I was thinking a theme to do with that.. Like underground with the theme mainly being Black, Light Green and Dark Green. Oh - I forgot to mention, the server will be OP Prison/Non-OP Prison and will consist of various premium plugins.
If you would seem interested in building with me/for me, please comment below.
(Post pictures of previous builds if possible).

I have a lot of ideas but i'd rather not explain it all yet.

Are the builders going to be paid? How many years of experience do you have in hosting and managing? Will the staff be compensated in anyway? These are some questions which many potential workers would ask.

Oh yeah - I forgot to add those.
Yeah, the workers will be paid but I'd rather discuss that in private message. I've also had a couple of years in hosting and managing and the staff will also be given full credit for their work.
