Need Developers

Hello, I am currently looking for a developer & or a Development team to help run this server with me. You must meet the following requirements in order to be accepted and interviewed. This is for HCF and I need help making a server. This will be the first server and I'm going to need a Dev making custom plugins and having me help with other stuff along the way. We will negotiate the terms of your payment and the amount you are looking for. These are the following things I'm looking for.

Budget is mostly up to 50-200$. If you spend more time being dev and you put the
time and effort i will increase the pay. The pay is not for the plugins and the amount of plugins but for the time and effort.
!REQUIREMENTS! :

- Must be 15 years or older.
- You must have Teamspeak and Skype.
- Must have 1 year or more of experience with Java.
- Must know how to play HCF and the knowledge of HCF
- You must have proof of past projects. [Screenshots, Files, etc.]
- You must show me past servers you have worked on.
- [OPTIONAL] Have vouches and positive reviews.
