Need professional setup done. Paying

I have quite a bit already done myself, just need some things fixed and a few things implemented.

These are a few things i need done

player levels to progress via time played 30 mins = level 1, 2 hours = level 2 and so on ending at level 20 needing 2 weeks of playtime

I need the command completions removed
luckperms to be set up properly
join/leave messages to be fixed
AdvancedCrates to be setup with their animations working properly.
Theres more but i cant think of everything atm.
