Need someone for Plugin work, 1.12.2 armorstand/mount implementation of 3d model

I need someone who knows how to code, someone who has done anything with plugins. I am commissioning this, along with 2 other people doing the models and other work for this 3d model. The basic idea is, we want to use mounts / armorstands to create a 3d power armor that is usable to the player. This is in 1.12.2, we CAN use datapacks but we feel a plugin would be better for the server.

Something similar to this: But for power armor instead of cars. I can work out the positioning of the player and everything that comes after the visuals that I need done, model and animations are being handled - I just need it put in as a plugin, the two modellers believe.

Paying out 200$ USD happy to do half up front first. Will pull you into a chat with people with a way better idea of what to do, if you think my description's a little too vague!
