Hello! 
I have been running servers for about 5-6 years now. I still remember my first server launch, the server crashed once we hit only 30 players! Ever since then, I've been learning, improving, and building my empire. Over the years, one thing that has never changed, is I have always held great value in the quality of my staff. My staff team always takes the extra step in ensuring the player's experience is the best it can be. My community comes first and is very important to me, therefore, I EXPECT my staff to hold the same values and grit that I do.
Now, allow me to get to the point here, I am looking to interview a few candidates for my server. To filter through the average player looking to be staff... and the top 1% in which we are looking for (staff members have the option to eventually move up to paid positions or even positions on my other servers) I have listed a few basic open-ended questions I would like for you to answer for me upon adding me on discord (or you can just reply to the thread here answering the questions, then provide me your discord and I will add you personally). This particular server has been under maintenance for a good while now, so rather than recruiting within, we are going to search beyond our community.
