Introduction
Greetings, my name is Josh. I am 21 years of age and looking into finding a team for a large project I have been thinking of, designed for the Survival/ Factions player-base. As for myself, I have been creating servers since 2014, so I do have practice with servers and community management. I want a team dedicated to putting the time and efforts in to creating this unique server.
My Plan Basis
My ideas aren't set in stone yet although I do have the basis on my plan built up, so take this into account please, As this is still the early stages of planning and development. I don't want to go into too much detail about the idea because i haven't seen anything like it before, but i will try give you a rough idea.
Its basically based around Survival and Factions (reading that I can imagine you're thinking its your standard Factions server) I can promise you its got a lot more to it then just Factions, it's going to have a whole new survival element to it. The idea can still incorporate Seasons, Ranking System, a Level-Up System, PVP, Raiding and Multiple Economy Systems all which will drive players wanting to grind it out even more then your typical Factions. Although you could still play this server as a solo player, it would benefit you much more if you teamed up with other players or your friends (this will help bring players to the server also building up the community)
Requirements
My requirements to work alongside me are pretty straightforward and therefore a quite strict.
Development Team
To make this project successful I will also looking for the following people who I think will fit right in to make this project.
Plugin Creator/s
Due to this idea possibly not created before it will more than likely need new plugins created as well as further development of existing ones which could be a very lengthy process. This will take a large amount of knowledge behind plugin development so someone with plenty of experience would be needed.
Builders
To make sure everything is visibly pleasing we will need people who have done plenty of building and can make the most out of every material.
Terraformers
To keep the server very unique id like the maps to have all custom terrain which really emphasises the biomes/ areas, lets keep it a little bit of a challenge people people to explore and find potential loot.
In the future once we have the server built we will need to get the graphics sorted as well as a discord server and a website which will include may more features.
About Me
Hey, I have been in and out of faction servers since 2012. I starting playing on my first ever Faction Server GoldenPVP and from there i've been hooked to them and created my first every server a couple of years after that which was called ParagonPVP. Since then I have none stop played faction servers and help develop servers whether it be with friends or people I have met online, some of these servers achieving 100+ players a day. I have a good understanding of everything which goes into creating a server and keeping one up and running.
I am looking forward to working alongside someone to create this faction server and see its community grow.

- Preferably from the UK (though this doesn't matter to much)
- Minimum age of 18+
- Must have previous server management experience
- Someone who is willing to put the Time, Effort & Money in*
- Has a Professional, Mature and Can do Attitude
- Can keep a healthy relationship going
