I am a 26-year-old man in the USA. I just lost my very time-consuming job, so I thought that this would be enjoyable to fill some free time with.
I don't have anything fancy to show off, but my old job involved management in entertainment and customer service, where I planned events, managed team members and dealt with customer issues, among other things. I also like looking at data, I'm a numbers guy.
I've been playing Minecraft for around 13 years. I play both vanilla and modded. I am not too experienced with the backend systems of Minecraft, with plugins and such. I've dabbled but definitely no expert, I'm much better at the front line moderation or admin processes. I staffed a few small servers many years ago, back as a teenager.
I don't have any portfolio or anything, but I have my work experience. I also am a Discord mod of a server of over 500K members, so I know how to deal with member issues. I can prove this upon request.
As I'm currently unemployed and looking for work, I cannot give you concrete times when I will be around, but for the right server, I will definitely make an effort. I highly prefer Java. No need for pay really, I just want to be with a team that knows what they're doing, and has a well setup server.
I also am a small Twitch streamer. I had to stop for awhile due to my job, but am going to pick it back up again. So would be more than happy to stream Minecraft as well.
