IronRealms is looking for a dedicated and motivated person to fill our Community Admin position.

Community Admin Responsibilities
- Manage the Social Media Team. The SM Team are the Content Creators we will have working alongside us. It is your responsibility to recruit and manage these individuals.
- Manage Events & Giveaways. Not only do we host free Minecraft Servers; but we're working on adding official games to our network. This creates an even better platform for events and giveaways, which you'll be responsible for.
- Work with other Admins. Admins are the key-point for making policy decisions, network rule adjustments, and staff management.
Community Admin Requirements
The Community Admin is one of the more selective Admin positions due to its responsibilities. This paid position has proven to be a bit challenging for some individuals, so we've made it a bit easier from our side by creating these requirements:
- Must be 17+. If you're under 17, and still think you're qualified for this position, still reach out to us.
- Should have experience with managing content creators.
- Able to be paid via PayPal.
- Highly motivated and looking forward to working with a diverse team.
- Prior management experience (in any field)
- Ability to communicate with our management team on a daily basis (Discord VC)
- Must have memes
