PloxHost is currently looking to fill one part-time tier 1 technical support position.

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in a timely fashion with technical support issues via tickets and live chat.
• Install and provision dedicated servers for client orders.
• Setup and troubleshoot Minecraft servers.
• Configure Bungeecord networks.



Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have Skype or Discord to communicate with the team.
• Be able to troubleshoot and assist clients without supervision.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Consistent daily availability.
• Must live in the USA



Desired attributes (not required):

• Experience within the hosting industry (mainly game hosting).
• Knowledge of troubleshooting within Linux CLI.
• Technical certifications (CompTIA A+) etc....
• Experience using WHMCS and Blesta to perform hosting support
• Knowledge of Source Games and Minecraft.

No, he may not have been the founder but he was indeed the CEO. So nothing has changed really as he still has all of the perms.

That's due to the fact the name PloxHost is trademarked see this https://trademarks.justia.com/873/80/ploxhost-87380296.html you basically only changed one letter and our lawyer was not taking it lightly giving us a hard time about plexhosting and asked us to reach out to you to make you aware of what was going on.

We also never raided your live chat and don't appreciate you making up lies like that. We had direct contact with you as you join our old discord server if you remember.

PLOXHOST - Plox.host is your primary domain for advertisement. Though, It was Plex-Hosting and yours is trademarked as PLOXHOST and not PLOX-HOSTING for instance.

Like in our trashed thread, People agreed that plox-hosting has nothing to do with the trademark. I came forward to you and you basically made the situation worse. It's all in the past now, It doesn't matter anymore.

I can actually Vouch for PloxHost. They have been around for a while, and a very trust worthy. I've never had an issue and been using for 6 months. Not a bad host.
