PandoraMC New server: Hiring now

PandoraMC is a Java and Bedrock server that's based in the UK. It will be a MMO/RPG server with elements from survival. We have recently decided to restart the server completely and rebuild our foundations. We want to relay the groundwork and remake our servers to be better! We are looking to hire a new team to help get this done!

What we are looking for:
We are looking to hire:
Co-owner- Work alongside the Owner to set the direction of the server.
Management- We are looking to hire a new management team to help lead on areas of the server and manage the staff team.
Developers- We need devs to manage plugins. Create plugins if possible and ensure that our server is running smoothly behind the scenes.
Admins- Supporting lower staff members and offering good support to the developers in remaining on top of bugs and feeding them up/helping resolve them.
Helpers(won't need them right now)- To help guide our players and ensure they have fun but understand how to play.
Mods(won't need them right now)- To provide a safe environment for our players and help provide fun events.
Media staff- To take control of our TikTok, twitter, YouTube and our media services to capture more players.

We would like our staff to be 16+ and would like to hire some admins who are skilled at light plugin configurations. I try to rewards stuff as much as possible we have two awards I give out at the end of the month. Staff of the month and Team player. With the chance to get $10 or $5. I also give out nitro to the staff when staff do really well. We try to reward/pay staff as much as we can! We are always looking for new ways! gift cards, coupons etc!
