9/26/18 EDIT: Hey guys! Still looking for someone who's familiar with optimizing knockback, pearl/pot/entity/hit detection, etc. the best way possible with minimum lag, if you know anyone please let me know

I'm looking for the absolute best of the best of developers who are experts in cheat detection and pvp editing. Is there anyone you'd vouch for or would personally suggest?
We have a big budget, we're not looking for CheatBreaker 2.0 but, at least up to par close to G-Cheat and things of similar nature. We're looking for at least a part time(for a decent amount of time, for bug testing, any future plugins or edits) or even a full time developer, we can negotiate prices.
