Pendulum Network - Looking for Co-Owner, Partners, and Investors!

Hello MC-Market! I'm Filqh, and I am the owner of the Pendulum Network. The server has been running smoothly and all the players who join truly enjoy their experience, this server has potential, but unfortunately I don't have too much time to accomplish everything on the server. I'm currently the sole owner of this server, and now I chose to look for a Partner/Co-Owner. The server is already launched and we already have some donations, however another owner who can help me would be wonderful. This will be a very hard decision for me since I need someone who's professional and has had experience in owning a server and management. I'm looking for someone who has:

Budget and able to invest at least $100
Knows how to manage a staff team
Takes their position seriously
Familiar with the following gamemodes: Skyblock, Factions, SMP (Survival Multiplayer)
Active
Experience in running servers
Organized

It doesn't seem like a lot but it really is. Please note that I really would need someone that knows what they're doing. I already have the server near finished but need someone to be aside of me as second in command.
