PEX, DeluxeChat, GUI, Kits, and Crates Configuration needed 1.13.2

I will be opening my server in about two weeks and have been developing configurations
for my kits, deluxechat, and GUI. While I have been doing a fair amount of YAML line time the results are slow and repetitive so I am willing to pay for the knowledge and knowhow of making the right setup. I have some configurations mostly setup so it is the completion and integration I'm looking forward to.

PEX RANKS:
I have 10 ranks set up thus far. and need to tally the PEX on Mod, Mod+, Admin, Admin+, Head-Admin, Operator, Operator+, Dev, Dev+, Builder, Builder+, and Owner.

DeluxeChat:
This is critical when it comes to my server and how I wish it to run. Having the PEX RANKS, Staffing Ranks, and the EZRANKSPRO, all labeled in the chat is CRITICAL. As well as implementing the %Placeholders% into them whereas needed. I would like the following formats, pretty much I need two Prefixes' independent of each other.
**Faction [guest]Player:
**Faction Mod[guest]Player: chat
**Faction Mod+[Member]Player:
**Faction Admin[Warrior]Player:
**Faction Admin+[Hero]Player:
**Faction Builder[Elite]Player:
**Faction Builder+[Legend]Player:

**Faction Dev+[TITAN]Player:
**Faction Operator[MYTHIC]Player:

GUI: I currently have a Spawnershop GUI, as well as an Economy GUI (when shopgui+ starts working again for 1.13.2), but lack custom crates and kits gui. I need an integrated GUI in which I can sell perms as well. Preferably all linked to each other. the RANKS gui would be the most important for this project atm. ​

KITS: Each EzRankPro/PEX rank would have its' own corresponding kit with cooldown, lore, cost, items, etc... I've already got a rough format on all 10 of the kits, so it won't be too-too much.


I am looking for an experienced configurator to get this task done quickly. Willing to pay nicely for the right/quick setup. Looking for an experienced Configurator for this operation.

I apologize I didn't see the quick part. Since I have dark theme on I have no issues with doing it quickly. It's just that I'm extremely busy today and tomorrow.
