Welcome! My name is Vackt the Head-Admin of Platinum Verse and we are an amazing server with an awesome staff team, and looking to make it better. We are looking for experienced Builders,Moderators and One person who knows how to Configure, Also if you want to be apart of the team you MUST have/be active on Discord

ALL builders MUST know terraforming, and worldedit and have a great attitude.
WE NEED SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO CONFIG.

A little bit about us:
We are fairly new server looking to have a famous network but Fame and Money isn't all that we care about, we care about whether you are having a fun time playing on the server, if anyone is treating you unfairly,anything you would like to see us add, We want to focus on the players experience.

WE NEED STAFF BECAUSE: We want there to be as little hackers as possible and also improve the players experience and if they ave questions or anything we want someone to be there if anyone new comes on to welcome them and make them feel like they are our #1 priority.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that can be active and treat the players right and not abuse there powers, and someone mature and can be honest when it is needed and when it
isn't and that also can be very serious at times when it is needed and Funny and fun when it isn't. If this sounds like you take the time to fill out the application format below

Why should we accept your application?
You should accept my staff application because I'm a very responsible person and I can put a lot of effort into this server and be very active. In addition I always like to start off on new servers and try out new things. Also I am very responsible and hate hackers, ruining servers for people. The ways I can be active is, a lot of people who are staff are possible going to be american so I would like to be a British staff member consequently I'd be actively online whilst other staff members would be asleep to be-rid of hackers who go on at night and/or are British/European. Another reason you should accept my application is because I'm a very nice person to be around and rarely get angry/rage and am decently good at solving issues on the server between players.


Why do you want to be staff?
I want to be staff because as I said in the first question I love to try out new ideas and servers to keep things fresh and fun. Also I hate servers that have mass amounts of hackers flying around and destroying the fun for everyone else playing legit, what fun is it to have hackers flying around and killing you 24/7. In addition I'd like to be staff because I can influence a very good atmosphere on the server, for example asking people not to spam, greeting people, replying to queries and generally being kind to people who arrive on the server. Finally I believe that everyone deserves a shot at being staff even if they don't seem like a good person at first they can really prove themselves to be worthy once the task is ahead of them.


Previous experience?
I was an admin on a server called RageCraft (small server) I am now currently moderator.
I am currently a helper on PrisonHC (server which hasn't opened yet)



If you saw someone spamming chat, what would you do?
I'd give them a warning first, then if they proceed to spam after that warning a mute for 10 minutes, then continuing after 10 minutes it would be an hour if they continue after that 24 hour mute after that if they commit and more offences along the lines of spamming/being toxic/mass amounts of caps they'd be banned for 24 hours.


If you saw a griefer, what would you do?
First of all if you have the freeze plugin, (freezes a player that is hacking/griefing causing them to stop) I would freeze them so firstly it stops them griefing and second of all I'd ask them to stop doing it, and give them a temp-ban of 2 hours, if they continued to do that afterwards I'd give them a 24 hour ban, after that it would be permanent as I truly hate people who are extremely ignorant and completely ignore instructions given.


If you saw someone hacking, what would you do?
I would record them hacking first of all, so I have evidence if they wish to dispute the ban, second of all I would freeze them so they don't cause any more destruction, after that I'd ban them for 14 days, as I feel people deserve a second chance when hacking, so they can realise to change their ways before returning to the server after 14 days.


If a player accused a staff member of abusing their powers, what would you do?
If a player accused a fellow staff member of abusing their powers I'd ask them kindly to fill out a staff abuse report on the forums (which I hope there will be )
If there is no forums I would ask them to send me proof through skype and/or through private message in game.
Also, I would ask them to stop accusing without proof if they didn't have any.


If a lower staff member eg a Moderator were abusing his/her powers, what would you do?
I would stop them immediately and ask them what they were doing, if they were truly abuse them I would inform a higher staff member than me (owner, co-owner, head-admin), as I'm only applying for moderator but may get promoted if I'm accepted in future. But, before I reveal myself I would record them doing what they were doing so I could provide proof to the admins that I wasn't lieing about this person abusing.
