Player Chest Shop Directory + GUI

I have a Chest Shop Plugin which I love, but the developer who I paid for this made it full of bugs and just refused to change them. I don't have the source code, so you'll have to decompile it. My offer is around $20. Please do not waste my time. Thanks

Changes:

- Make Restock Chest to be 1 chest size capacity
- Make it that you can only be able to make a shop on a single, not double
- Make Item names to have Captial letters, for example: potion = Potion, golden apple = Golden Apple
- Make Max Advertise time upto 24 hours max (can not go past)
- Please add a command that allows me to reload the plugin (safley)
(Because when I reload the plugin using Plugman it disables the plugin until I restart the server)

- Please add perm called "chestshop.directory" (allows players to see the shop using /directory)

Bugs:

- Shop owner doesnt lose money when player sells to shop
[POSSIBLE FIX] - Currently you collect money by opening the shop, please remove this feature and make it that the shop owner just gets the money added as normal

- A player is able to keep the shop GUI open when the owner destroys it (still able to buy and sell)

- Diamonds dont show up in the /Directory when shop is advertised

- When shop is broken, the items disaper with it. Please make it that the shop can not be destroyed until the items have been removed.

- Can put stuff in the normal chest, and make it a shop, meaning double storage. (normal chest + restock chest) - could lead to possible exploits

- Stock bar (above chest indicating how much of the items are left) doesnt update when shop is initially created, only when a player updates it. (please make, bar that shows stock of items, update when shop is created )

I had asked for the source code prior and he agreed on it all, but later on just become really condisending and rude and basically just dumped the plugin on me

tbh you cant come to people and ask them to do wrok for you, (people who probably have some rep)
and tell them you will pay them after they show progress, especially considering you have no rep

Thats fine, but I have no intention on wasting someone else's time? If someone takes on the project and shows me some kind of progression, I'm more than happy to start paying as it shows me that this person is able to complete the task and isn't someone who wants the money and then dip.
