Plugin ideas for custom factions

Hello, i am attempting to create a really custom factions server and am willing to pay developers for custom plugins, but i need help thinking of plugins that people would think make the server stand out and be "unique" so i thought to myself, "what better way to find plugin ideas than a community that might be playing on the server."

So here i am asking you all for things that you would like to see in a factions server that u havnt seen before! I am already having a custom dungeons plugin being developed but i need more ideas! What are some cool/fun gamemodes u would like to see in factions that gives loot/money outcome for a grind. Please let me know!

Something which you can farm for to receive an item, which you can click to receive a special ability for the faction such as hiring the faction power, faction tags in-game etc.

If i understand u correctly u want something that people can work to to get faction power/boosters? So does a dungeon system that drops random loot everytime u beat the dungeon sound good to what ur saying? So that even if u beat the dungeon once u dont always get the item that ur working towards. So lets say u want a faction upgrade lets say faction power +20 but u have a 10 percent drop rate for completing the dungeon raid. So u would have to beat it multiple times to possibly get the drop.

Did i get at wat ur saying there? Or are u talking about like a factions outpost with special perks to it?

Maybe something that allows you to be able to have an enemy chat.
