Custom Practice Plugin Needed!

Hello
I am setting up a Practice server, I want the practice plugin to be
custom, I searched for a long time, I found one, but they are all leaked.....

Things I want in the Plugin:
- Inventory wich is editable in the config (Inventory in later paragraph)
- Toggle messages (With GUI)
- /day & /night for every player
- If you select unranked or ranked it needs to show how many in game and how many in Queue (http://prntscr.com/erwwr5)
- Rank & Unranked Mode
- Editable in config for lores, etc..
- Pearl Cooldown
- /elo & /stats (same thing) to show Elo and kills
- Pots in the GUI for kit selection

- Party Mode & Inventory max 8 players in 1 party

- Book to edit kits
- Lime Dye to toggle player visablilty
- Nether Star To create a party (party inventory see later paragraph)
- Redstone Comparator to open player settings menu (with GUI) (toggle chat, toggle /msg, toggle duel requests, )
- Paper to open GUI for day and night (Day itemid = 399 ; Night itemID= 402
- Iron Sword for UnRanked Queue
- Diamond Sword for Ranked Queue
This all needs to be editable in config file
such as itemID , lores and names, etc...
"When in Queue the inventory should look like this and if the clicks the red dye he should be removed from the Queue."

- /practice setspawn (set's death respawn)
- /practice seteditor (set's editor location)
- /practice help (shows help everything in this plugin with subcommands)
- /practice reload (reloads configuration file)
-=+=- Arena commands -=+=-
- /arena create {name} (creates new arena)
- /arena delete {name} (deletes arena)
- /arena disable/enable {name} (enables/disables arena)
- /arena list (shows all arena's)
- /arena setspawn1 {name}
- /arena setspawn2 {name}
if a player in spawn has player visability enabled so he can't see players he should be able to see players in arena's it only needs to be toggled in spawn.

- /day (makes it day for them only)
- /night (makes it night for them only)
/duel {name} (sends a request to selected player)
if a player gets this message he needs to be able to type /accept {name}
or click on the message that says (or click here) and the duel should start.
- /spectate {name} (teleports a player to an arena and he can spectate the match he wants to spectate) (if a player wants to stop spectating he should have this in his inventory)

if he clicks this will be teleported back to spawn
THE SPECTATERS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PEARLBLOCK THE PLAYERS IN THE CURRENT DUEL AND THEY MAY NOT BE SEEN BY THE PLAYERS WICH ARE DUELING!!!
After a match players should be able to see each other inventory like this:

And you should be able to see his items and his health and hunger

Party leader:
- /party invite {name} (invites a player to the party)
- /partychat (switches from global to party chat modus
- /globalchat (switches from party to global chat modus)
- /party kick {name} (kicks player from party)
- /party promote {name} (promotes player to party leader and demotes the current leader)
- /party info (shows all players in party in a GUI and leader on top)
- /party accept {name} (accepts a party invite)
- /party deny {name} (deny's party invitation)
- /party create (creates party)
all these commands should be in the party help menu in game
Party inventory should look like this:

Golden Sword: Only party leaders can use this to join the unranked party Queue for %mode% (Nodebuff or Debuff, etc...)
Golden Axe: Party FFA host with kit (Nodebuff or other kits)
Lime Dye: To toggle player visability
Redstone Comparator: to open player settings menu (with GUI) (toggle chat, toggle /msg, toggle duel requests, )
!! - Duel requests can always be send, you can't ignore them - !!
Paper: (See normal inventory, it's the same thing)
Book: See a list of party's with the name of the party leader, if a party leader clicks one of these names, the other party should receive a party duel request
Red Dye: Disband's party

if you do /class edit {name} KitEditor it should edit the edit inventory.
