Yes indeed. It does include buycraft as well as all the ranks including staff. There are links to pics at the top which show this. And to answer your last question, it does have a command to do /list to show the number of players and staff[DOUBLEPOST=1484081272][/DOUBLEPOST]

The spawn is from a leaked server but everything else looks good
